PARTICIPATION FEE
In order for the abstract of the lecture to be accepted and published in the Book of abstracts of the Congress, it is necessary to pay the registration fee in the following amount (VAT is included in the amounts):
- Regular price 180€
- Price for pensioners 80€
- Price for master's and doctoral students 60€
The registration fee includes:
- participation in sections
- conference materials
- welcome cocktail and gala dinner
- refreshments during breaks and
- organized excursion.
The deadline for payment of the registration fee is May 24, 2024.
Additional notes:
In the situation if one abstract is submitted by several authors, it is sufficient to pay the registration fee for only one of the authors in order for it to be printed in the Book of abstracts of the Congress.
If several authors of the same abstract wish to attend the Congress and participate in the work of the sections and accompanying activities, it is necessary for each of them to register, which implies payment of the appropriate registration fee.
If the author pays the registration fee on his own behalf, and is later unable to attend and present his work, some of the other authors of the same abstract can use the already paid registration fee and present their work instead of the original author.
